This agreement is made and executed on _____________________________ with Al Nahr Co. Ltd. – Libya, located at Gaser Bin Gasheer Road, Libya, referred as FIRST PARTY (Employer) agrees as follows:

Mr. ____________________________ Holder of Nepalese Passport No. ____________ hereinafter referred to as SECOND PARTY as ___________________ and where as the SECOND PARTY (Employee).

Where as the SECOND PARTY has been offered employment with the FIRST PARTY as __________________ and where as the SECOND PARTY has been accepted the same it is hereby agreed as follows.

The SECOND PARTY will be paid a salary of US$ _______ per month, such salary being payable monthly in arrears.
The FIRST PARTY shall provide the SECOND PARTY free bachelor accommodation/food and medical health card.
Contract period will be two years and overtime will be as per Libya’s Labour Laws.
The SECOND PARTY will be entitled to get 60 days leave after two years continuous services and free ticket provided by company.
During the contract period the SECOND PARTY shall not accept any other work in another person's establishment or organization.
Working hours will be 8 hours, 6 days week and 26 days in each month.
All other terms and conditions that are not mentioned here shall be in accordance with the Libya’s Labour Laws.
