This agreement is made on 22 November 2006 between these two parties.

 

1. Al Nahr Co. Ltd. - Libya located at Gaser Bin Gasheer Road, Mujamah El Sharikat, Pripoli, Libya, Hereinafter called First Party.
2. Pioneer Overseas (P) Ltd Located at GPO Box 21120, Baluwatar, and Kathmandu, Nepal. Hereafter called Second Party.

The Parties have negotiated and finalized the agreement of "Recruitment of Workers from Nepal" on the following terms and conditions:

1. The First Party has agreed to provide the necessary documents such as Demand Letter, Power of Attorney and Employment contract prior to the final selection of candidates as per the Terms & Conditions agreed upon to the Second Party.



2. The First Party shall be responsible to guarantee the fulfillment of all the conditions agreed upon, regarding salary, accommodation and other conditions, and to make sure that the workers are paid their monthly salary on a regular basis.

3. The Second Party agrees to mobilize the required number of men for the First Party.



4. The Second Party agrees to explain the real facts such as the employment terms and conditions, job specification, salary, accommodation, food etc to the workers at the time of screening/interview.



5. The Second Party agrees to provide specified workers for the required jobs, on time.

6. Both the Parties hereby agree to co-operate with each other in fulfilling the demands under this Agreement

Both the Parties agree to have discussed all the terms and conditions in detail and agree to all the terms and conditions stipulated in this agreement and put their signatures in two identical original, one to be kept by each Party.
